Trading conditions
The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from Steel-Function. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and Steel-Function.
DOCUMENTATION AND GUIDELINES
If there are product descriptions and user instructions for the item, these are included with the delivery from Steel-Function. If you want further information or advice from Steel-Function, this is for guidance only.
DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT
Delivery of goods from Steel-Function is deemed to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods takes place with UPS or similar.
DELIVERY TIME
Typically between 1-7 working days. The customer will be contacted if this is exceeded.
RISK FOR THE GOODS
The risk for goods purchased from Steel-Function passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Steel-Function must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself.
If you discover an error, you must immediately contact Steel-Function. As a rule, you can only complain about faults that appear no later than one year after you have received the item. When you shop with Steel-Function, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified. When you return the item, please state the reason for the complaint so that we can assess the complaint.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, the new Consumer Contracts Act applies to you. According to this, you as a buyer no longer lose the right of withdrawal, even if you use the item. However, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery of your goods if you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
If you have used the item, we can deduct a reasonable amount corresponding to the deterioration in the value of the item caused by the use.

If you regret the purchase, the amount will be refunded to your bank account, the account from which the money was withdrawn. (State reg. no. and account no.) as soon as the goods have been received and checked that they meet the rules for cancellation.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
In this webshop you can order your goods online and pay with Visa or Mastercard.
All prices on Steel-Function’s website include VAT.
When you make an online payment with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting the payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused at an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in their payment system.
It is not possible to order goods on cash on delivery.
COOKIES
A cookie is a term for the fact that a user’s behavior on a network is registered with the user himself (on the user’s hard drive). In this way, the user can be recognized, e.g. on a website, on the next visit.
No personally sensitive information is stored in a cookie, but rather information about the user’s behavior on a website, e.g. username for logging in to a website. A cookie is stored on the user’s hard drive together with cached files. A cookie is thus a text file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. You can set your browser to inform you when you receive a cookie, or you can turn cookies off completely. The only thing these cookies are used for is to recognize your computer.
Technically, cookies can be divided into two types. One type is called “session cookies” – they keep track of what you have put in your shopping basket while you navigate around the online store. “Session cookies” are not stored on your computer, but disappear when you close the browser. The second type of cookie is called a “permanent cookie”, and it is saved as a text file on your computer for approx. one month. A “permanent cookie” helps our server recognize your computer the next time you log on to our website. Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
If you pay online for your product, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement.
If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to our shipping company, such as UPS or similar. for the purpose of delivery of your purchases.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

As the registered person, you have several rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

Nedenstående salgs- og leveringsbetingelser gælder for alle leverancer fra Steel-Function. Betingelserne gælder i det tilfælde, hvor der ikke er indgået andre skriftlige aftaler mellem dig som køber og Steel-Function.

REKLAMATIONSRET
Eventuelle fejl eller mangler ved levering fra Steel-Function, skal påberåbes i rimelig tid efter, at du har opdaget fejlen. Det en din pligt at angive og på forlangende vise, hvordan fejlen eller manglen ytrer sig.
Hvis du opdager en fejl, skal du hurtigt rette henvendelse til Steel-Function. Du kan som udgangspunkt kun klage over fejl, der viser sig senest et år efter du har fået varen leveret. For varer med begrænset holdbarhed, er din klagemulighed afgrænset af den holdbarhedsperiode, Steel-Function har stillet dig i udsigt. Når du handler på vores hjemmeside har du selvfølgelig 24 måneders reklamationsret. Dette betyder, at du enten kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene tilbage eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Dette betinger selvfølgelig, at reklamationen er berettiget, og at manglen ikke er opstået som følge af en fejlagtig brug af produktet eller anden skadeforvoldende adfærd.
Der skal reklameres inden rimelig tid efter, at du har opdaget manglen ved varen. Hvis der reklameres inden for to måneder efter, at manglen er opdaget, vil reklamationen altid være rettidig. Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger, som du måtte have i forbindelse med returnering af varen, når reklamationen er berettiget. FORTRYDELSESRET
Er du forbruger, gælder den nye forbrugeraftalelov for dig. Ifølge denne mister du som køber ikke længere fortrydelsesretten, selv om du tager varen i brug. Dog skal du give besked inden 14 dage efter leveringen af dine varer, hvis du vil benytte dig af din fortrydelsesret.
Hvis du har taget varen i brug, kan vi fratrække et rimeligt beløb svarende til den forringelse af varens værdi, som brugen har medført.
Hvis du vil benytte dig af fortrydelsesretten, kan du udfylde en fortrydelsesformular. Du kan se den her, og desuden får du fremsendt et eksemplar sammen med ordrebekræftelsen, når du køber din vare.
Hvis du fortryder købet, tilbagebetales beløbet til din Bankkonto, den konto hvorfra pengene er trukket. ( Oplys reg. no og konto no.) såsnart varerne er modtaget og kontrolleret at den opfylder reglerne for fortrydelse.
